Peaberry is a small, round bean that forms with only one seed, rather than the usual two, at the heart of the coffee fruit. This is very rare, occurring in only about 5% of coffee beans harvested. Peaberries are prized for their remarkable concentration of flavor. The Dominican Peaberry coffee is unusually aromatic, fruity with apricot and cinnamon notes. A lively cup with a pleasant lingering finish.
