I moved to Vermont about 2 years ago and saw your beans in the grocery store. I bought the DARK roast and it is seriously the best coffee I have ever had in my life and I have been a consumer of coffee everyday of my life for 15 years. Most of the time I am an espresso drinker (iced americano to be precise). However, on my days that I am not working as a barista I chose your beans to wake up to. I make it really dark in my french press, about 1/4 grinds to water. THE BEST! Sometimes I just want to hurry to bed so I can wake up and drink. HA! Even my kids try to steal sips from my mug. Anyhow, thanks for being there. I can't stand wasting my money and time on crappy tasting coffee, but tried and true you have brought smiles to my mornings. So, thank you for the unbelievable care into your product, supporting our local organic farmers, paying people fair wages and of course making one damn good cup of tastiness.
